My little cousins mom acts different to her, can u help?

Ok so my little cousins mom is so differnt to her and is so nice to every other little girl that she knows and my cousin is kinda chubby and her mom rubs it into her face by giving other little girls gifts that she wants but can't fit in it and her mom calls her fat and then she says when you lose some pounds I'll buy you that.
