What are your criteria for "worst?" Cocaine CAN be worst because it is occasionally fatal on the very first dose, and it is incredibly addicting, able to hook you from the very first dose. Speed can also kill by making cardiac muscle very irritable, and it can cause dementia that triggers bizarre behavior and delusions. Opiates kill a little more slowly, but first they take everything you have.... your money, your family, your health, your future, your teeth, your looks, your youth, your job, your friends, literally just about everything you have, or ever will have.. Weed is not harmless; it can be just as damaging to your lungs as cigarettes, and it can be VERY costly to your continued employment, your future, your ambition, your motivation. Frankly, I wouldn't want anything to do with any of them.
