Do u think matt bartlett should go to jail over flicking a bird?

Matt bartlett a guy in the courtroom at the casey anthony trial flicked off one of the attorneys and the judge sentenced him to 6 days in jail and a $400 fine...in my opinion that's ridiculous its supposed to b a free country! I understand why they do becuz it could influence one of the jurors but come on! Someone flickin someone the bird is not goin to influence my decision I think its a lil ridiculous! I mean that guy could totally believe she is guilty but just not like that prosecutor becuz he's an a$$ that doesn't make her any less or more guilty! He should of played it off as he was just rubbing his face lol!
