Marijuana vs. Tobacco. which is most harmful?

I think its really stupid. People has gotten cancer from smoking cigarettes. People died from cigarettes. No one died from marijuana. It isn't deadly but you can't have it unless your in Cali and you need it for a medical condition. It is dumb. I rather get high and eat all the food in my house than smoke a cigarette and risk getting cancer. In my opinion it is sad how this government works.
