Is there a way to get Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game on a Windows 7 Computer?

Hey guys, I'm looking for game Scott Pilgrim which is usually bought from the gaming systems of Xbox 360 and PS3 using internet to download the game. The thing is, I don't have either system! I find it awkward to buy a 360 or PS3 just for one 8-bit game, especially for one game that's not even a disk game and I most likely won't buy anything else but the Knives Add-on thing. So I would like to know, Is there a way to get the game off the internet? I'm hoping it will be free but I would pay 20 dollars or so.
