This dry rub is enough for 6 pounds of meat. I need enough for 80 pounds. This is the recipe for the dry rub for 6 pounds: 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. dry mustard, 1 T cayenne pepper, 1 T paprika, 1 T garlic powder, 1 T onion powder, 1 T salt, 2 t black pepper.
