Could i be pregnant? (really scared)?

My boyfriend & I had dry sex and our "things" were rubbing against each other. We were both fully clothed (basketball shorts & underwear/boxers). He came and i felt a wet spot on my shorts but im not sure if it got on my underwear. Could the sperm pass through 4 layers of clothes and into my vagina and make me pregnant? thanks.
